I submitted a claim on 18th January, it is now 21st February. I am always emailing trying to get an update, and no one gets back to me. I don't even bother with trying to phone them as you hang on for over 40 minutes in a que. I have actually changed my pet insurance company, because of how difficult it is to get any sort of response from Many Pets
