.I have been a faithful loyal customer of animal friends since 2009 when i insured my last dog with them .I have put in a claim this week for my 6 year old dog to have an operation but it has been declined owing to it being dental .I had the top cover so i am absolutely disgusted to find that dental was not covered even though its classed as medical not cosmetic surgery .I have since cancelled my policy with Animal Friends .I am absolutely disgusted at the way my claim was handled .If i was asked if i would recomend this company i would say absolutely not they want payment off the customer fast enough but dont want to pay you when you claim
