A prime example of when you actually need to call on your insurance. 5 year old cat was under the weather. Trip to the vet and it turned out he had a life threatening condition. He was hospitalised & treated and died the following day.... after racking up £1,153 in less than 24 hours (out of my £3,500 lifetime cover). However after all the deductions they are paying out £678. Truly appalling and very upsetting.
