Trying to get a person to answer the phone, after a mountainous task of choosing options, the phone goes dead,


I don't recommend argos pet insurance because. The phone method is stupid you go through a mountainous task of choices, to try to get to a human. Then if you choose the one number for claims the phone goes dead; I tried three times before deciding to press different number to get a human to speak to. I made a claim on the 24th June2022, still on the 03/08/2022 this claim has not been settled. And if it doesn't finnish by the next seven days I will CANCEL; very poorly administered.!
