AWFUL SERVICE! Our dog was spayed and wore a body suit which irritated her skin. We claimed on the insurance which now means they think her itchy skin is a reaccuring problem which clearly it is not. The first year they increased it by 66% when we claimed. Just had another renewal through and they’ve increased it to £101 a MONTH for a TWO YEAR old Labrador despite not claiming all year. Increased by 50%.
Pathetic service when you call up and speak to someone and no negotiation at all. Would have been cheaper to pay the vets bill ourselves.
