I put in a claim to get lumps renewed from my dog. After taking 6 weeks to look at my claim they turned down my claim as it was a pre existing illness. My vet appealed saying they did not agree but they know better than any vets. To add insult to injury it only took 10 day to turn down my appeal but 6 weeks to look at my claim. They did not even have the decency to tell me they had turned down my appeal i had to call them. Allegedly they wrote to me twice but i didn't receive any of the letters.

Do not waste your money with this company as they will do anything to get out of paying you. Put the money in a savings account instead
