I've paid in since 2012. I had to make a claim as thought my pet's life was on danger. Emergency vets and luckily it wasn't life threatening but Animal Friends won't cover the majority of my claim (out of hours) because it turns out it wasn't life threatening. So do they expect me to keep my pet in pain rather than pay?
Take your money but wow when it comes to paying out - you'll be lucky.
