I have been with Tesco pet insurance for about 15 years now. I’ve never had any problems putting claims in, prices seemed reasonable until about 2 years ago. One dogs insurance policy had almost doubled! She had never been at the vets and had no medical problems. The ‘reasons’ given was the area we moved to (actually a better area) and other waffle.
I sucked up the increase and have just recieved my new policy.
From paying £64.00 a month it will be going to £91.00 a month!!! Ironically my older dog, who has had medical procedures, is £10.00 cheaper!
I’m cancelling my policy when I get home from work.
If for any reason either need medical help I will happily get a loan instead!!!!
