I thought I was dealing with a reputable insurance company promoted By the PDSA . Not so, I have made 1 Claim in 3 years for £300. I have just got my renewal and the cost has doubled. I had loads of Hassel getting the money back from my claim having to chase up errors when the vets had sent all the forms back and it took me over 8 weeks to get the payment. I have now cancelled the policy and found a much better policy.
