Admiral give their Pet Insurance to a third party, United pet partners ( has similar names) - AVOID as we changed our two dogs and a cat to them and in the past year have had nightmare situations, near death experiences ...no support and no payout or acceptance on 2/3 very legitimate claims

I do not recommend the Admiral pet insurance. I mailed my claim, which was lost, I waited a month and it turned out that the insurer did not receive it? applications. I left again by e-mail, I waited the next month, I called with a question, it turned out that I have to wait 10 working days. It's been 12 days my claim has not been processed yet they made me wait another 3 working days! This is a scandal! They take your insurance money every month £ 16! to pay the compensation it is a very big problem! I absolutely do not recommend this insurer. I am waiting for the policy to expire and I will go to another company. The Admiral is unreliable and they deceive their clients not to pay the compensation!
