When the policy came up for renewal I saw the poor reviews, and also noted that the policy was taking payment on a “lunar monthly” basis, I.e ever6 28 days, meaning we were paying 13 /12 what I had expected. Due to this we cancelled the policy and I also rang my credit card company to confirm cancellation, but a further payment has now been taken. This is appalling. Avoid this company.
