Very bad experience. They tried to get out of paying out when my dog was ill. They tried to claim my dog was dangerous. He was once attacked by another dog but they interpreted that as saying that he had attacked another dog! After several phone calls from myself, the vet's receptionist and the vet's nurse, they finally agreed to pay. I had increased the cover from £500 to £1000 but then they said that I had increased the claim within two weeks of his illness being diagnosed - not true! They then refused to pay anything over £500. I have now left the company and would never insure with them again.
