We just got our renewal through, we’ve been with them 3 years 1st year got online discount £18.00 a month, 1st renewal no claims £30.00 months, 2nd renewal £44.30 month we made a claim of around £400/£500 guess they want there money back. My dog had giardia she’s fine now not sure if it’s classed as a pre existing condition if we swap but I’d love to leave them and hope everybody else does.
