Such a nice company to deal with. When you call them the staff are always polite and helpful. Dealt with our claim right away and bill was paid before we picked up our dog from the vet. Can not rate them enough.
The only down side is they are not the cheapest, but they do reward loyalty with discount.
Unlike the other reviews, I do not have house hold insurance and only have the dog insurances.
