I have been with the company for 8years never made a claim until this year. Took for ever to pay out only after I complained was it paid. The when my renewal come in it had jumped up by 40%. Called to query they didn’t care just agreed it had gone up a lot in the end I cancelled.
They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Customer services is terrible. They need me in the office to give them all some customer services training .
