Foolishly I thought this insurer would part of the charity that look to save lives! instead they are money grabbing and have not interest in covering your vet bills - if left to them my dog would be dead!!!
Policy has to be cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would be helpful to know details of your dos's problem and why they wouldn't pay. You could have been trying to claim for something that wasn't covered.
