I just had my first renewal which was double, due to first year promotional rate apparantly but my dog is eight years old, no claims but the excess is £190 plus 25% of remainer is just to high. went with Aviva, similar price but £75 excess plus 15% of remainer and reviews a whole lot better.
So on price and excess alone i give it 2 stars, not had a claim so cannot comment.
