My 10 month old needed immediate treatment and the vets needed immediate payment which amounted to £1100....who has that kind of money in their pocket these days ....I have paid the bill and have put my claim in and expected a payment if not immediately ...certainly not after one month of waiting and still waiting ...the insurers had a very detailed description of my baby’s treatment all within the guidelines of my contract so it was a simple read and a simple agreement what’s the delay ?
