I am having the same trouble , I have a Cavalier ,she has had a heart mercer nearly all her life but I have never made a claim on it ,she did not need medication .Now she needs expensive heart medication ,they are saying they will not pay out ,I am beside myself ad I can’t keep paying the money for the medication as I am on a very low income ,I am sick with the worry . I have written a horrible review on them which I think is thoroughly deserved ....
