Received a 75% increase on an already extortionate premium to £1350 for a dog that hasn't had any claims to speak of in years.
Asked why two weeks ago girl couldn't answer me, still waiting for the phone call back

Hi, we have been paying £47 p/m to cover our dog, this renewal has come in at £99!! I did ask why and they said it's because I had made a claim. He's been insured with them for 5 years (since we rescued him) and now too old to be insured by anyone else :-(
