Didn't renew policy, sent cheque as requested to pay for final instalment. They lost the cheque then got a debt collection letter ! Try a much more professional company, I have never ever reviewed anything before don't want anyone to have to deal with the embarrassment of receiving a letter from a debt company. If have any doubt about how bad this company is then stay away.
