I've had nothing but problems with the Post Office pet insurance. I had a puppy who had trouble with a parasite, who needed acute vet intervention. They are now refusing to pay due to a technicality, whilst I understand this is the nature of insurance companies I am however very disappointed. Furthermore the correspondence from this insurer has been poor, I only found out that my claim was denied via my vet ringing asking how I will be paying the bill.
