What a total thoughtless company DO NOT insure your pet with them. Refused to pay out for cancer treatment. Wish I had just saved money instead would not recommend anyone insuring their pet with them, refused to pay took over a month to let me know so I cancelled policy which had just started a new year 5 days ago, they had already taken payment for month and had the cheek to charge £30 for cancelling.
