"Upon investigation, it does appear that your policy has automatically renewed for a new premium of £23.65 approximately per month. The reason as to why a payment of £47.36 has been collected from your account is that as the 1st instalment on the policy is due on the 28th of January which is the renewal date of the policy. This is then followed by the 2nd instalment which is due on the 1st of February. This avoid you paying in arrears for the policy, we then collect your two initial payments collected together." This was an extremely unwelcome surprise. This company are disgusting thieves. My original agreement with them was around £8 per month. They did not send details to my email address, only to an old address. As far as I am concerned they are thieves.
