This company will lie, twist facts and increase premiums to a ridiculous level so you can't afford to continue to cover your pet! My dog has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia aged just 3 years old and has had to have a cruciate repair. So far they have lied to us 4 times to try to avoid paying out. I will be changing the lifetime cover for all my other pets upon renewal time. Unfortunately I am stuck with them for my dog as her hips won't be cover elsewhere. Bunch of robbing con merchants. Needs to be a public enquiry into this it's awful.
