We have had our dog insured for 9 years and we have made 2 claims, 1 in 2013 to remove a lump on eyelid so not expensive and a 2nd claim last year for lump removal on his body, again not a large claim. They have steadily increased our premiums and this year wanted to increase by over 50% ! Have cancelled the insurance because at just shy of £1300 a year we can save it and pay any bills ourselves.
