Do not use them. Been insured for 8 years never made a claim. Until now and they are not paying out. They haven’t even spoke to the vet dealing with dog. The company is a joke!!!!!!

They are appalling I am having serious issues with them too,I would never go with them again. They want an estimate for cost of referral treatment as I've requested pre-authorisation of payment because of their terrible reputation,but we don't know exactly what the problem is so how can you give a cost! I pay them for £4000 of cover what is the problem, if it goes over then I have to pay rest it's not rocket science
