My Cat Penny who was 15 was insured with Pet Insurance and when she sadly got cancer, our vets removed a tumor and treated her.The Vets claimed directly from pet insurance and pet insurance have paid them without issue.

Pet insurance quickly cancelled my policy when Penny passed away and I have never had trouble getting them on the phone. I am very confused by other reviews but i would recommend them based on my experience.
