I have been waiting on the line for past 20 mins. took out policy 2013 for my two dogs just under £16 per month....gone up to over £70 per month and have never made a claim. That was £190 per year now its £860 DISGUSTING....Am I surprised they are receiving an UNUSUAL amount of calls. The patronising caller tells me it has gone up so much as dogs get older they tend to get more ailments....so much for loyalty. I have now cancelled. Try and do the right thing only to be ripped of by big corporations.
