This company are truly appalling and will drag out payments for as long as possible.

I am still waiting to settle a claim for my pets operation in October and have had to telephone the insurance company and my vets as they are truly terrible.
Avoid at all costs is my advice or you will end up chasing around for answers that should be provided to you as a customer.

Never again. If there was a 0/rating I would add it.
