Now have both dogs, 3 yr old and 10 yr old, insured with Lifetime. Have only made one claim to date, which was quick and easy to claim and payment was made within 1 week of claim approval. This is in total contrast to previous insurer who eventually paid claim after approx 6 months and repeated calls and emails. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
