I have my dog insured who is now 11 years old.
I have had two claims this year. For small problems. I haven’t claimed before this. I have ended up paying half of vet bill myself. They didn’t cover all bills. It’s yearly premium is now due. I’m horrified, it has went from £258.19 to new price of £438.62. Double the price. I phoned and asked why this was acceptable. Didn’t get any help at all, this is a disgrace and wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company
