I am absolutley astonished that my premium over 4 years has gone up from £50.00 a month to now £73.55. I noted in the paperwork they have included and charge of £89.33 for Insurance Premium Tax and £4.00 donation. My yearly cost is £837.72 which when it comes to pets are worth every penny, but if it keeps going on like this I won't be able to afford it. Can anybody tell me of a good alternative insurer?

I have been in touch with Pet Plan today regarding a claim for our pet dog. They didn’t bother to inform me even though they had received my claim in December 2017 that as my claim is 134. 00. We are 71p. Under therefore we cannot claim yet again ! They have not written to say they received our claim and also never mention the access is now 135.00. My daughter pays this pet insurance which is now 70.00. Per month I feel the same as the other customer Our dog is 10 years old and you never know what will happen in the future but I feel it’s just another way of getting more money out of you.
