Paid monthly premium for two years my dog got an ear infection he had three lots of antibiotics & blood tests, overall it cost us £600 with the blood tests we didn't get a penny back they said he was ill because of a tooth or gum infection conveniently not covered, use another company that does cover illnesses without exceptions that's the point of it after all! Feel totally ripped off!
