Charlie my 7 year old chocolate lab had Cranial cruciate ligament rupture it cost me £3000 Petals direct refused to pay a penny towards it after being with them for 6years they said it wasn't on the list .They are pointless.

What was there reason? I have the same issue? Was it bi lateral?
I'm at least comforted that I'm not the only one that has been 'conned'. I have a Bichon Frise who is 5years old and who had to have the same operation as your dog, treatment for Cruciate Ligament Rupture which cost me £3,400.00 and Guess What, Pet Pals Direct will NOT pay a penny. So in fact, I might have well thrown away £20.00 per month for 5years, down the drain rather than stupidly think my dog was insured. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this.
