We made a claim (the first in 7 years) for our dog to have 2 lumps removed, the vet sent them away for analysis and they were different types of growths, both removed and treated at the same time however. E&L said it was two separate conditions and so we had to pay the £95 excess twice!! On top of that the claim is now almost 2 months old and still the vet hasn't been paid.
I would avoid this insurance company.
