was looking to change to this company after seeing good reviews, but then saw in the policy details you would have to pay 20-25% over and above the excess amount. if you end up claiming thousands you will be paying a big amount - how does this equate to good cover? in my current policy I would only have to pay the excess, the words rip off spring to mind.
