I am very concerned about this company and think Legal and general need to stop allowing this company to ride off their apron strings.
I asked to get out of the insurance as they are not holding up to actually insuring my puppy (claim form sent first time march 2017) they have asked repeatedly from my vets the same information and from myself, they have amazingly lost x5 claims that have been sent via recorded post, email and fax.
Who do l report them to so l can get out of it and pay a genuine company.
