It's difficult to write a review. I have never owned a dog or pet insurance so I have no experience to compare, and as I have only had the puppy for 10 days have not made a claim.
All I can say at this time is that all the information I needed was on line. I was offered several quotes for me to choose the level I needed. I paid the premium and immediately received my certificate of insurance. I really hope I do not need to make a claim. However I will comment further should a claim materialise.
