Sainsbury's are happy to take the monthly payments but when you have to claim they try everything to get out of paying out. I believe being over weight is a health condition and I should have declared it. Spoke to the vet and they've never had that before, been advised to go to the Ombudsman. I'll never recommend them, this was my first claim in 5 years of being with them
