I have an older dog who needs daily medication. I have dealt with L&G on three occasions to make a claim and each time I have had to raise a complaint about their customer service ( or lack of), the last time going as far as the ombudsman. Do not give this Company your money the customer service you receive is truly shocking and the time taken to process claims is far too long at least five weeks.

Wish I had never taken a policy with them.
