Been insured with these thieves. My staff pie has an ulcer in his right eye which meant the usual, antibiotics then specialist treatment £1500 in fees! Animal thieves (refuse to call them friends) declined on the basis that my Jakie had a bad eye, which I had paid for two years previous in his left eye!!! They refused in the basis of apparently one eye is linked to the after one and excludes both eyes for anything!!! After saying it was an ongoing confdition!!! Gave them such a mouthful cancelled and complained after they made me feel no better than a thief as they told me I had not given them full history on everything that has happened to Jakie in 14 years!! Complete rip off! Avoid avoid!!!
I am not leaving it there and continue my war against them!!!
