Needed to renew cover for our lab/collie cross. Exiting insurer had increased the premium from the first year and also increased the excess. Our dog had to have a cruciat ligament repair on one rear leg and our existing insurer refused to extend cover to the other leg at renewal. Made an enquiry to Lifetime Pet Cover to get their view and they said they would cover the good leg in the event of same happening to that one. Brilliant.
