Do not bother taking insurance on your pet with this company.My dog has been treated for gastroenteritis and this company will not pay out stating this is a pre-existing condition,when I took out the policy I informed them she had gastroenteritis age 7 months (she is now 3)I was told this was not a problem.How an infection can be deemed a pre-existing condition is beyond me and I will not let this rest.
