My lab was limping and on examination we found a lump. Obviously reading up we took her to the vets. We found a second lump on her chest. The vets said we should have them taken off. I phoned AF who said we would be covered so went ahead.
So paid the excess of £99 and thought that was it. Nevertheless have received An invoice today indicating we owe a further £99 excess. I thought must be a mistake so phoned them. Oh no because the lumps have different histologies we have to pay 2 excesses! I mean come on how is a lehmans person supposed to know that a company will be as sneaky as this. So essentially there's no point having premium insurance as you still end up being played. No more animal friends for me definitely will not be recommending to others.
