I have been in contact with LV since the beginning of the new year awaiting a refund, without success. To make matters worse, they have even attempted to deduct money from my account even though the policy has been cancelled. There is a total lack of communication and commitment to their customers. I have sent numerous emails without a resolution. Following my own experience, where they owe me money, I would not advise anyone to use this company.
