I tried to claim for 3 x medication only for a phantom pregnancy which necessitated in a spay. Firstly when I tried to claim I was told it was a procedure which they didn't pay out for. After complaining I am now told it's behavioural and they don't pay out for that either. Actually it's hormonal but I can't expect them to get that one! I am now in the grasp of a round robin whereby I have one department giving me the rubbish about procedure and behaviour and another dept who keeps writing telling me they aren't able to respond to my complaint yet (i must have had about 5 of these letters). So they are a complete farce. Worst rating should be '0' and that's what they'd get.
