I have waited 2 months for a response to my complaint re not paying out for phantom pregnancy medication. They are now putting it under exclusion 1.3.11 Cost of treatment for a behavioural problem and won't pay. What an utter load of crap. Notwithstanding that, they leave in a chunk of letter which should clearly have been deleted as doesn't apply as i've cancelled the policy. Sloppy. They have so many exclusions it's not worth having a policy. Save your money! If there were an option i'd rate them 0.
