My Whippet required an operation in December 2016, I am still waiting for the £420 aprox from them, can't even get them to reply to my emails. Same old story that I missed something off the form so they had to go back to the vet for more info, I ring them and all I get is it's being dealt with!
Meanwhile they are still taken the payments monthly
These are the worst insurance company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, never again would I go near these,they are absolutely dreadful!!!!
Ombudsman next I think.
