This time last year I noticed a promotion offering 4000 Tesco points for signing up with Tesco pet insurance, it also included in that promotion, an add on was also required. I did everything on line, nothing else was asked of me. I called them after a few months, they told me to wait a few more months. Its been a year, I called them, they said because I didn't add in the promotional code, I was not entitled to the 4000 points!!!! I cancelled my policy straight away! They had not just lost me as a customer, I will also make this scam aware publicly
